This is a legal binding agreement and construes as a valid contract and electronic record under applicable laws. This agreement is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This Terms are to be accepted by the authorized signatory of the individual / entity interested (the signatory would be the sole proprietor in case of a sole proprietorship, a partner in case of a partnership firm, and a duly authorized director in case of a company) in using the Services (as defined hereinafter) hosted on the Site (as defined hereinafter).
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to use the services or the website.
For purposes of these Terms and other documents on the website, the "Site" shall mean www.icare.life and any other iCare Life branded websites, web pages, mobile applications and mobile websites operated by and its affiliates / associates / subsidiaries /related entities (“iCare Life” or "we" or “us” or “our”) in Singapore or outside and the "Services" shall mean any of the various services that iCare Life provides through the Site or any other channels, including over the telephone. In addition, these Terms do not apply to third party entities that may use the iCare Life Site or Services. Such entities' use of the iCare Life Site and Services are subject to separate terms that they agreed when they registered with iCare Life.

Electronic Communications: When you visit the Site or send an email to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By communicating with us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree and acknowledge that we will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the Website. iCare Life is a social enterprise based in Singapore that is established with the social goal to improve the quality of services by defining service standards in selected trades.
Our priority is to equip individuals with adequate skills and knowledge that will aid them in providing the best service quality in professional home-care for the elderly, babies as well as in other selected service trades such as professional chauffeuring.
The lack of service quality in these sectors is primarily due to inadequately defined service standards. The Site is a platform for providing online training courses on paid or unpaid basis. These training courses are in the form of animated video presentations, the intellectual property rights in which are owned by iCare Life or its licensors. iCare Life provides certificate of completion (Life Certificate of Excellency) to the trainees that complete the said training courses successfully. In addition to the online module, the training may also be provided in the form of classroom based training and / or on the field training.

Limitation of Services
We offer training for certain Selected Trades, i.e. the Services, which are intended to improve the skills of people working in the services. Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from iCare Life or the Site in relation to the Services. Further, any material including audio video / audio content made available (i) during the course of the Services, or (ii) otherwise through this Site, shall only be used for "training and educational" purposes. It should not be taken as a substitute for any medical and/or professional advice under any condition.
We offer Placement Services to help our Users find, coordinate, and maintain quality service. However, please note that we do not and have not employ or hire or engage/hire/employ any person who utilizes the Services in the capacity of a service provider with the intention of getting placement (“Service Providers”). Except as set forth below, persons utilizing our services to find an appropriate Service Provider (“Service Seekers”) are the potential employers of Service Providers and are responsible for compliance with all applicable employment and other laws in connection with any employment relationship they establish (such as applicable payroll, tax, labour and minimum wage laws) with the said Service Provider. The only exception is when an individual Service Provider is being provided through third party providers / agencies that provide service providers for the Selected Trades on requirement basis. In those limited circumstances, unless otherwise provided in the additional terms and conditions, related to those Services, the said third party providers / agencies would be construed to be the employer of the Service Provider.
Further, we do not have control over the quality, timing, or legality of the services actually delivered by Service Providers, nor of the integrity, responsibility or actions of Service Seekers or Service Providers. We do not refer or recommend either Service Seekers or Service Providers nor do we make any representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of the services provided by such Service Providers or the integrity, responsibility or actions of Service Seekers or Service Providers whether in public, private or online / offline interactions.
We reserve the right to conduct the Placement Services, in whole or in part through identified third parties/agencies, who enter into a separate contract with us. Without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, we enter into contracts with certain third parties / agencies that provide persons capable of rendering services in relation to Selected Trades. In such cases, it is the relevant agency that selects the appropriate candidates and we would not be responsible or have any obligation in relation thereto. We only enter into contracts / agreement with reputable agencies who have entered into an agreement with us pursuant to which they represent that each of their individual service providers has passed a vigorous screening process including background and reference checks. However, each such provider / agency operates independently of iCare Life and is not under our control. Accordingly, we do not assume responsibility for the conduct of, or quality of the services provided by, such agencies or the individual service providers they employ or otherwise engage to provide services in support of the Selected Trades. Any issues concerning the foregoing must be resolved directly with the agency/provider and/or the individual service provider provided by the agency/provider.
Service Seeker and Service Provider content is primarily user generated, and we do not control or vet or review User generated content for accuracy as a general matter. iCare Life does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by Service Providers or Service Seekers, on or off this Site. Please note that we may offer certain Users registered with us through the Site (“Registered Users”) the opportunity to verify certain information such as their email address or phone number. If we indicate that a Registered User has verified certain information, it means that the User has complied with the process we have established for verifying such information by complying with the terms and conditions. However, we do not guarantee, nor do we represent or warrant as to, the accuracy of such information.
iCare Life is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any Service Seeker, Service Provider or other User of the Site or Services. Moreover, iCare Life does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability that may result from the use of information provided on our Site. All Users, including both Service Seekers and Service Providers, hereby expressly agree not to hold iCare Life or iCare Life's officers, directors, shareholders, employees, subsidiaries, other affiliates, successors, assignees, agents, representatives, advertisers, marketing partners, licensors, independent contractors, recruiters, corporate partners or resellers, or your employer, if you enrolled in the Site through their employer's benefits program (hereinafter "Affiliates") liable for the actions or inactions of any User, including without limitation, the Service Seeker, Service Provider or other third party or for any information, instruction, advice or services which originated through the Site, and, to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, iCare Life and its Affiliates expressly disclaim any liability whatsoever for any damage, suits, claims, and/or controversies that have arisen or may arise, whether known or unknown therefrom. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, iCare Life hereby disclaims to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, any and all warranties, and representations including those implied or expressly made under the applicable law, in relation to the Services, the Service Providers, the Service Seekers and the Users.
Compliance with applicable laws and this Agreement
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time with or without advance notice, and the policies and processes explained in the following sections and related webpages:
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you currently meet and will continue to meet the following eligibility conditions (“Eligibility Conditions”) for as long as you use the Services or this Site, whichever is later:
(A) you are at least 18 years old and have the capacity and authority to enter into contracts under applicable law;
(B) you have and will at all times comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with your use of the Site, Services, any services arranged through the Services, and any interactions with other Users including without limitation the applicable labour laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which you seek to provide any Services;
(D) neither you, nor anyone in your home or, as applicable, in the location where services are provided / to be provided:
(E) neither you, nor anyone in your home or, as applicable, the location where the Services are provided / to be provided is currently out on bail or on such person’s own recognizance pending trial, relating to any felony or misdemeanour charges of any kind, including without limitation sexual, child abuse or domestic violence offenses.
Your representations and warranties
You understand and agree that iCare Life does not routinely verify if any or all of the Eligibility Conditions are met by Users and you further agree that iCare Life is not responsible for assuring that the Eligibility Conditions are met or for any failure to suspend, terminate or prevent the use of the Services by Users who do not meet the Eligibility Conditions. You understand that you are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate criminal records checks and obtaining references and you agree to make your own evaluations, decisions and assessments on whether to engage any Service Providers or other Users to perform services, accept any engagements offered by any Service Seeker or other Users or otherwise interact with other Users. If iCare Life becomes aware of violations to the Eligibility Conditions by you or any other User, it has the right to immediately suspend and/or terminate your or such User’s membership with or without notice, in its sole discretion, with no further obligations to the User. If your membership is suspended and/or terminated, you agree to make no further use of the Services from such termination or during the suspension period. iCare Life expressly disclaims, and you expressly release iCare Life from, any and all liability whatsoever for any controversies, claims, suits, injuries, loss, harm and/or damages arising from and/or in any way related to: (X) any inaccuracy, untimeliness or incompleteness of a User’s representations regarding the Eligibility Conditions or its compliance; (Y) any inaccuracy, untimeliness or incompleteness of information in any of the Consumer Reports (defined below); and/or (Z) inaccuracy or breach of any of the representations, warranties or statements made by any Users.
Registration, Posting, Content Restriction
In addition to iCare Life’s Intellectual Property Guidelines, the following rules shall be applicable to any communications, images, sounds, videos, and all the material, data, and information (“Content”) that you upload or transmit or broadcast or post through the Services or the Site, or that other Users upload or transmit, including without limitation any content, messages, photos, audios, videos, reviews or profiles that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post"). By posting any Content while using our Services or our Site, you agree, represent and warrant as follows:
You are solely responsible for any Content that you post on the Site, or transmit to other Users of the Site or during any communication or interactions with iCare Life, the Service Providers / Service Seekers (as the case maybe) on or off the Site. You will not post on the Site, or transmit to other users, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, defamatory, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity), or advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act including without limitation, copyright infringement or computer misuse, or give the impression that any Content emanates from this Site where that is not the case. You will not provide inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or false information to this site or to any other User of the Site, and all opinions stated as part of Content must be genuinely held. Without limiting the foregoing, you represent and warrant to us that you have the right and authority to post all information you post about yourself or others, including without limitation that you have authorization from a parent or guardian of any minor who is the subject of any Content you post, to post such Content.
You represent and warrant that you have the right under law and equity, and hereby grant, to iCare Life, its Affiliates, licensees and successors, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute your Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing, without requirement of any further action from your end. You further represent and warrant that public posting and use of your Content by iCare Life will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights of such third party).
Your use of the Services, including but not limited to the Content you post shall be in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations and you agree to be solely liable for any adverse implications arising from your actions, whether to the Users, the Site or iCare Life.
iCare Life is not responsible for any claims relating to any inaccurate, untimely or incomplete information provided by Users of the Site.
Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available on the Site or through the Services, but not directly by iCare Life, are those of their respective authors. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. iCare Life does not: (i) guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site or available through the Service, or (ii) adopt, endorse or accept responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by any party that appears on the Site or through the Service. Under no circumstances will iCare Life or its Affiliates be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from: a) your reliance on information or other content posted on the Site or transmitted to or by any User of the Site or Service; or b) reviews or comments made about you on the Site by other Users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCare Life disclaims any liability whatsoever for any statements, material, posts, misstatements and/or misrepresentations made by any Users of the Site. Users do hereby represent, understand and agree to hold iCare Life harmless for any statements, materials, posts, misstatements and/or misrepresentations made by or on behalf of them on this Site or in any other venue.
If you are a Service Seeker, you may use your account / Services only to find utility for yourself, your parents, your children, your grandchildren or individuals for whom you are otherwise, the legal guardian. If you are a Service Provider, you may use our Services only to find jobs for yourself. You are responsible for all activity on and use of your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity and any such actions would be null and void.
Teen Providers, Parent Registered Users, and Parent Monitored Accounts
If you are fourteen (14) to seventeen (17) years of age and would like to participate in this Site as a Service Provider (a "Teen Provider"), you may register to use the Site and Services but only if your parent or legal guardian consents to your registration through the Site and also becomes a registered User (a "Parent Registered User"). Parent Registered Users will receive a copy of all communications between the Teen Provider and other Registered Users as well as a copy of all emails iCare Life sends to the Teen Provider. Parent Registered Users may respond to communications sent by other registered Users to the Teen Provider and may report inappropriate message content to iCare Life. Parent Registered Users may also log in to, update the settings of and terminate their Teen Provider's account.
For purposes of these Terms, Parent Registered Users and their Teen Provider are deemed to be Service Providers. By registering as a Parent Registered User, you hereby represent, warrant, understand, agree to and accept these Terms and any applicable additional terms in their entirety on behalf of yourself and your Teen Provider whether or not you use the Site or Services, including without limitation iCare Life's right to run the verification and background checks described below. You further understand and agree that you will ensure your Teen Provider's compliance with these Terms and that you are responsible for any noncompliance by your Teen Provider.
If you are a Parent Registered User, you also agree that you are responsible for monitoring the account of your Teen Provider as well as your Teen Provider's activities both on and off of the Site, including monitoring who your Teen Provider communicates with and meets both on and off the Site and with whom he or she agrees to provide services in relation to the Selected Trades.
If you register to use the Site as a Teen Provider, the first time you try to log in to your account after you turn eighteen (18), you will be required to agree to the Terms as in effect at the time, including the consents to run the verification and background checks described below. Once you accept the terms and log in, the parent monitoring functionality of your account will be removed and your Parent Registered User will no longer have access to your account. If you do not agree to the Terms after you turn eighteen (18), iCare Life may terminate your access to all or part of the Site, remove your profile and/or any Content posted by or about you from the Site, and/or terminate your registration in the Site, with or without notice.
Background and Verification Check
Service Providers Can Order or Authorize Background Checks about Themselves and Can Authorize the Sharing of Them with Other Users
iCare Life offers the following background check services to be provided by consumer reporting agencies: Basic/ Preliminary background checks, Optimum Background Checks, background checks at the local police station of the Service Seeker (“Police Station Checks”) and Advanced checks (collectively "Background Checks"). Background Checks may be ordered by Service Providers for themselves either on their own initiative to increase their chances of employment by Service Seekers or in response to a request by a Service Seeker who is considering hiring them. Background checks can also be ordered by Service Seekers, subject to the written authorization of the Service Provider who is the subject of the check. Preliminary background checks are free when requested by a Service Seeker or Service Provider, who is a paid subscriber. The other Background Checks services require payment of a separate fee by the Registered User who is initiating the background check request.
Depending upon the jurisdiction of the test subject, some of these Background Check services are regulated by the Credit Bureau, Singapore (CBS), and the background reports resulting from these services are considered "consumer reports" under the CBS. Consumer reports may contain information on your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living, including but not limited to consumer credit, criminal history, workers' compensation, driving, employment, military, civil, and educational data and reports and is purely an opinion and report based on assessment of certain variables.
Special Responsibilities of Care Seekers under CBS
Service Seekers may request and receive a copy of a Background Check on a Service Provider, subject to the Service Provider's explicit instructions about who may have access to such a report.
If you receive a copy of a Background Check report, you warrant that you will use such information only for a purpose permitted by CBS (where applicable) and / or other applicable law, such as an employment purpose, and that you will comply with any and all applicable obligations of the CBS (where applicable) as well as all other applicable consumer reporting laws.
Your responsibilities in using the information contained in the background checks that are subject to CBS regulations can be found at http://www.creditbureau.com.sg/general. CBS governs the use of reports obtained from a Credit Bureau Website.
If there is negative data in a check you receive, and you choose to take "adverse action" (i.e. choose to pass on that individual's candidacy) on the basis of this negative data, you agree to take certain procedural steps (if required under the applicable law), which, in case of tests subjects to CBS regulations can be found at https://www.dpcreditbureau.sg/TermOfUse.aspx. These include notifying the individual who is the subject of the report of your decision to take adverse action based on information contained in the report and the subject's right to contest the accuracy or completeness of the report. Moreover, if the subject contests the report with the consumer reporting agency, you are required to suspend the hiring process while the consumer reporting agency researches the accuracy and completeness of the report.
You hereby consent to iCare Life receiving a copy of each Background Check you order or authorize through iCare Life. See below for information regarding iCare Life's use of these Background Checks. If you order a basic, optimum or advanced Background Check about yourself, you will be emailed a copy of the results, if it does not come back clean. You are responsible for making sure that the email addresses you provide to iCare Life is correct, knowing that sensitive information will be sent to it.
If you order a basic, optimum or advanced Background Check in response to a request by a Service Seeker who is considering hiring you and the check comes back clean or with information that does not result in iCare Life suspending or terminating your account, we will forward the Background Check to the Service Seeker who requested it in accordance with your authorization at the time you ordered the Background Check. The results of any basic, optimum or advanced Background Check you order that results in iCare Life suspending or terminating your account will not be shared with other Users.
If a Service Seeker orders a Background Check pursuant to your written authorization, the consumer reporting agency that performed the check may provide its report directly to the Service Seeker who ordered it based on your authorization that the Service Seeker obtains the report. The results of a Background Check ordered by a Service Seeker pursuant to your written authorization will be shared directly with the Service Seeker regardless of its contents.
If you have ordered a Background Check through the Site, we may indicate in your profile that you have completed that check. However, we will not share the results with any other site visitor or registered User without your specific consent.
You agree, acknowledge and accept that iCare Life shall not be responsible or liable for: (i) the authenticity or proficiency or completeness or accuracy of these consumer reports; and (ii) any actions or inactions undertaken by the Registered Users in reliance of these consumer reports.
iCare Life May Order and Use Background Checks About You
By using the Site or Services as a Service Seeker or Service Provider, you hereby acknowledge and agree that iCare Life has the right, but not the obligation, to use a third agency / Police station on an ongoing basis to use your personal information to run periodic background checks on you for the legitimate business purpose of protecting the safety and integrity of our Site and its Users ("Internal Background Checks"). iCare Life may order these checks when you register with the Site and thereafter in connection with your continued use of our Services and/or interaction with our Site (such as by contacting or communicating with other Users, posting or updating a job or profile, ordering or authorizing a Background Check, etc.).
Some of these Internal Background Checks (other than those conducted through a Police station located in India) may also regulated by the CBS and the Background Checks resulting from these services are considered "consumer reports" under the CBS. Please note that the consumer reports may contain information on your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living, including but not limited to consumer credit, criminal history, workers' compensation, driving, employment, military, civil, and educational data and reports.
You agree, acknowledge and accept that iCare Life shall not be responsible or liable for: (i) the authenticity or proficiency or completeness or accuracy of these consumer reports; and (ii) any actions or inactions undertaken by the Registered Users in reliance of these consumer reports.
iCare Life May Regularly Verify Your Identity and the Accuracy of Your Representations and Warranties
By registering as a Service Provider or Service Seeker, you authorize iCare Life and acknowledge that for purposes of promoting the safety and integrity of its Site and Services, iCare Life reserves the right, but not the obligation, to utilize third party service providers to verify on an ongoing basis that your registration data is accurate and that the representations and warranties mentioned above addressing legal matters such as complaints, arrests, sex offender status, etc. are also true and accurate ("Verification Checks"). These third parties may use data from a variety of sources, under a variety of circumstances, for these site safety purposes including, without limitation, information from national criminal databases, sex offender registries, certain media streams, terrorist watch lists, criminal and fugitive watch lists, fraud watch lists, law enforcement reports, and other data which may be publicly available.
You agree that iCare Life may take such action in response to Verification Checks as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, including without limitation suspending and/or terminating your membership, should it determine that you have violated any representation or warranty or any other provision of these Terms or are otherwise unsuitable for iCare Life.
You also hereby represent, understand and expressly agree that iCare Life does not have control over or assume any responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the information included in a Verification Check. We do not typically communicate the results of a Verification Check to any third party, though we reserve the right to do so for law enforcement or other safety-related purposes.
You agree, acknowledge and accept that iCare Life shall not be responsible or liable for: (i) the authenticity or proficiency or completeness or accuracy of these Verification Checks; and (ii) any actions or inactions undertaken by iCare Life or any third party in reliance of these Verification Checks..
Release of Liability for Results of Background Checks, Internal Background Checks, and Verification Checks
If you decide to use or access information included in a Background Check, you hereby represent, understand and expressly agree that those checks are not always accurate or complete (or based on information that is accurate or complete) and that the specific records searched, and the comprehensiveness of the search, varies by the type of Background Check ordered as well as the state and county where the check is performed. For example, many jurisdictions only include felony conviction records (and not, for example, misdemeanour or arrest records) in the national criminal data base, which is the only data source utilized for preliminary Background Checks other than the sexual offender registry. Moreover, some jurisdictions include only registered sex offenders in that database.
If you decide to access, use, or share information provided by a Background Check, you agree to do so in accordance with applicable law. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCare Life from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may result from such access, use, or sharing of this information regardless of the cause. iCare Life does not assume and expressly disclaims, and you hereby agree to release iCare Life from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may result from the use of information provided in a Background Report including, without limitation, the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such information.
You expressly acknowledge that iCare Life has no obligation to perform Background Checks, Internal Background Checks, or Verification Checks on any Registered Users. To the extent iCare Life performs such checks on certain Registered Users, the checks are limited and should not be taken as complete, accurate, up-to-date or conclusive evidence of the accuracy of any information provided by those Users or of their eligibility to use the Services.
Termination of Registration.
Should iCare Life determine that you are not eligible to use the Services, have violated any terms stated herein or in any of the additional terms, are not suitable for participation as a Registered User, or have misused or misappropriated Site content, including but not limited to use on a "mirrored", competitive, or third party site, iCare Life reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access to all or part of the iCare Life Site, to remove your profile and/or any content posted by or about you from the Site, and/or to terminate your Registration in iCare Life, with or without notice and retain the right to pursue any and all legal remedies against the Registered User.
In any event, iCare Life also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Site, to remove your profile and/or any content posted by or about you from the Site, and/or to terminate your Registration on the Site, without cause, with or without notice. If we terminate your Registration, we have no obligation to notify you of the reason, if any, for your termination.
Following any termination of any individual's use of the Site or the Services, iCare Life reserves the right to send a notice thereof to other Registered Users with whom we believe the individual has corresponded.
Our decision to terminate an individual's registration and/or to notify other Registered Users with whom we believe the individual has corresponded does not constitute, and should not be interpreted or used as information bearing on, the individual's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living.
Payment and Refund Policy
In order to utilize iCare Life Services or product offerings, the User of such Services or product offerings must pay iCare Life either a recurring subscription or one-time fee. In addition, the User is responsible for any state or local taxes associated with the Services or product offerings purchased.
Billing and Payment
If you sign up for an iCare Life paid membership subscription, you agree to pay iCare Life all subscription charges associated with the plan you subscribe to as described on the Site at the time you subscribe and provide your payment information. You also authorize iCare Life to charge your chosen payment provider according to the terms of the plan to which you subscribe. The subscription period and the amount and frequency of the charges will vary depending on the subscription plan you select. iCare Life reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.
To the extent you elect to purchase other Services or product offerings we may offer for a fee, you authorize iCare Life to charge your chosen payment provider for the Services and/or products you purchase.
Automatic Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
iCare Life paid membership subscriptions will continue indefinitely until cancelled by the User. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional equivalent period as the subscription term you originally selected and at the subscription rate and frequency disclosed to you on the Site when you originally subscribed, unless otherwise provided at the time you subscribed. If you sign up for a payment plan that allows you to be charged monthly over the subscription period and you decide to cancel your subscription during the subscription period, you acknowledge and agree that you will continue to be billed for the subscription on a monthly basis until its originally scheduled expiration date.
You may cancel your paid membership subscription by adjusting your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you typically will be permitted to use your subscription until the end of your then- current subscription term. Your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires, but your account will be charged, and you will be required to pay, any cancellation or other fees associated with your early termination and disclosed to you at the time you signed up for the subscription plan.
Except as set forth below, all payments for services/products are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for unused or partially used services/products or service/product cancellations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a paid membership subscription that is automatically renewed, we will refund the most recent charge to your account if (i) you cancel your subscription within thirty (30) days after the most recent charge, and (ii) you have not used your subscription during the current renewal period. The refund will apply to the most recent charge only. Refund will be through payment gateway via same online mode in 15-20 working days. In addition, iCare Life reserves the right to immediately downgrade or cancel your membership after payment of your refund. iCare Life does not provide refunds or credits under any other circumstances, unless it determines in its sole discretion that a refund or credit is warranted due to extenuating circumstances, such as a duplicate account.
Free Trial Offers
iCare Life may offer limited-time free trial subscriptions to certain Users from time-to-time. Users who sign up for an iCare Life Service on a free trial basis may have limited access to the Service and/or features of the Site. If a User signs up for a free trial subscription, after the expiration of the free trial period, the User will be charged the price then in effect for a subscription to the Service, unless otherwise provided to him or her when he or she originally subscribed. If a User does not want to continue with the Service after the expiration of the free trial period, the Service Seeker or Service Provider must cancel their subscription within thirty (30) days of being charged the subscription fee for the Service. Upon cancellation, the Service Seeker or Service Provider's account will be refunded for the amount of the most recent subscription charge so long as he or she has not used the subscription after the expiration of the free trial period.
Release of Liability for Conduct and Disputes
We clarify that we are not an employer of Service Providers and are only a platform for connecting the Service Provider and the Service Seeker. Service Seekers may seek the services of a Service Provider through the use of the Site or Services, and Service Providers may post profiles and submit proposals to Service Seekers regarding their services. In some instances, we may provide Service Seekers a customized list of potential individuals, companies and/or agencies to consider, based on the information the Service Seeker provides us, regarding their needs and preferences. However, if a Service Seeker agrees on the provision of services from an individual, company or agency identified by us, through any of those Services, such agreement is solely entered into between the Service Seeker and the Service Provider and iCare Life is not a party to any such agreement. In some instances, through the third party agencies we contract with to provide support services for Services, the individual Service Providers are selected from the third party agencies that provide the Selected Trades. We contract with only reputable agencies that have entered into an agreement with us pursuant to which they represent that each of their individual Service Providers has passed a vigorous screening process including background and reference checks. However, each such agency operates independently of iCare Life and is not under our control and is not to be regarded as the principal, agent, partner or joint venture of iCare Life. Any issues concerning the conduct of a Service Seeker or Service Provider including, without limitation, the services received by the Service Seeker or payment due to the Service Provider, must be resolved directly by the Service Seeker and the Service Provider. iCare Life will not be held responsible and expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for any claims, demands or damages direct or indirect of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such issues. By using this Site or our Services, you do hereby represent, understand, and expressly agree to hold iCare Life harmless for any claim or controversy that may arise from any disputes between you and any Service Seeker, Service Provider or other User(s) of the Site. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with Service Seekers, Service Providers or other Users of the Site or the Services, particularly if you decide to meet offline. By using the Site or the Services, you do hereby agree to report any alleged improprieties of any Users therein to iCare Life immediately by notifying iCare Life of the same via electronic correspondence.
Except with respect to Teen Providers (as described above), iCare Life is intended for people 18 years of age or over. Service Seekers and Service Providers should monitor their children’s use of the Internet and deny access to the Site to anyone under the age of 18 years. iCare Life will not knowingly collect any information from individuals under 13 years of age (subject to the Teen Provider restrictions). You must identify your age during the registration process, and we do not assume any responsibility for any misstatements or misrepresentations during the registration regarding your age for using the Site. We should determine that you do not meet the age requirements for using our Site or Services, your registration will be terminated immediately.
Notify us of acts contrary to the Agreement
Notifications and Service Messages
For purposes of service messages and notices about the Services, iCare Life may place a banner notice across its pages to alert you to certain changes such as modifications to this Agreement. Alternatively, notice may consist of an email from iCare Life to an email address associated / registered with your account, even if we have other contact information. You also agree that iCare Life may communicate with you through your account on Site or through other means including email, mobile number, telephone, or delivery services including the Postal Service about your iCare Life account or Services associated with the Site.
Please review your iCare Life settings to control and limit what kind of messages you receive from us. You acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability associated with or arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact or other information, including, but not limited to, your failure to receive critical information about the Services.
iCare Life Applications
We may offer the Services through applications built using mobile platform (“iCare Life Applications”). iCare Life Applications are distinct from third party Platform Applications addressed in Section 6.2. If you use an iCare Life Application or interact with a website that has deployed a plugin, you agree that information about you and your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your device, your mobile carrier, your internet access provider, your physical location, or web pages containing iCare plugins that load in your browser may be communicated to us. Further, by importing any of your iCare Life data through the iCare Life Application, you represent that you have authority to share the transferred data with your mobile carrier or other access provider. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile account, you must promptly update your iCare Life account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number and failure to do so is your responsibility. You acknowledge you are responsible for all charges and necessary permissions related to accessing iCare Life through your mobile access provider. Therefore, you should check with your provider to find out if the Services are available and the terms for these services for your specific mobile devices. Finally, by using any downloadable application to enable your use of the Services, you are explicitly confirming your acceptance of the terms of the End User License Agreement associated with the application provided at download or installation, or as may be updated from time to time.
Your use of iCare Life Services, including our training content and software and the Site, is subject to export and re-export control laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction, including (i) in the case of Singapore, the Regulations of Export and Import Act (Cap 272A) regulated by the Government of Singapore and (ii) in the case of India, relevant rules, regulations, guidelines and circulars issued by the Reserve Bank of India under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and other applicable laws of India. You shall not — directly or indirectly — sell, export, re-export, transfer, divert, or otherwise dispose of any training content, software or service to any end-User without obtaining the required authorizations from the appropriate government authorities. You also warrant that you are not prohibited from receiving Singapore origin products, including services, training content or software.
Contributions to iCare Life
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding our Services ("Contributions") in any way to iCare Life, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; (b) iCare Life is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions; (c) iCare Life shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide including specifically identifying the Registered User with the said Contribution; (d) iCare Life may have something similar to the Contributions already under consideration or in development; (e) you irrevocably non- exclusively license to iCare Life rights to exploit your Contributions; and (f) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from iCare Life under any circumstances.
On the condition that you comply with all your obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the Do’s and Don’ts listed here in, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non- assignable, non-sub-licensable license and right to access the Services, through a generally available web browser, mobile device or iCare Life Applications (but not through scraping, spidering, crawling or other technology or software used to access data without the express written consent of iCare Life or its Users), to view content and information and otherwise use the Services, to the extent intended and permitted by the functionality thereof, the User’s settings and your degree of connection with them, in accordance with this Agreement. Any other use of the Site contrary to our mission and purpose (such as seeking to connect to someone you do not know or trust, or to use information gathered from iCare Life commercially unless expressly authorized by iCare Life) is strictly prohibited and a violation of this Agreement. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, including, without limitation, title, ownership, intellectual property rights, and all other rights and interest in iCare Life and all related items, including any and all copies made of the iCare Life websites.
Our Rights & Obligations
For as long as iCare Life continues to offer the Services, iCare Life shall provide and seek to update, improve and expand the Services. As a result, we allow you to access this Site as it may exist and be available on any given day and we have no other obligations, except as expressly stated in this Agreement. We may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue this Site, partially or entirely, or change and modify prices prospectively for all or part of the Services for you or for all our Users in our sole discretion. All of these changes shall be effective upon their posting on the Site or by direct communication to you (post, email or phone) unless otherwise noted.
iCare Life further reserves the right to withhold, remove or discard any content available as part of your account, with or without notice if deemed by iCare Life to be contrary to this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, iCare Life has no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content that you or other Users provide when using the Services. Please note that iCare Life may be required by local laws to remove certain information or content and so that information or content may not be available on our Service in those countries.
Third Party Content, Sites and Developers
By using the Services, you may be exposed to other Users or third party content or information or Content that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Except for certain limited circumstances, such as where legally required, we do not review or filter such content. You agree and acknowledge that we are not responsible for other Users’ or third party content or information or Content or for any damage of any kind incurred as result of your reliance thereon.
Disclosure of User Information
Connections and Interactions with other Users
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. iCare Life may limit the number of connections you may have to other Users and may, in certain circumstances, prohibit you from contacting other Users through use of the Services or otherwise limit your use of the Services. iCare reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users and to restrict, suspend, or close your account in the sole discretion of iCare Life, with or without cause and with or without notice.
Intellectual Property Notices
All the intellectual property rights, including without limitation, trademark and copyright in the Services, the Site and the material on the Site (“IPR”) belong to and are owned by iCare Life and its licensors. You agree and acknowledge that you do not have any rights in the IPR except for the limited license granted to you in Section 5. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, (i) “iCare Life” logos and other trademarks including “Safe Drive. Save Lives”, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with iCare Life are trademarks or registered trademarks of iCare Life or its affiliates, and (ii) other trademarks and logos used in connection with iCare Life may be the trademarks of their respective owners. This Agreement does not grant you any right or license with respect to any such trademarks and logos.
FURTHER, IT IS CLARIFIED THAT ICARE LIFE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS WHICH TAKE PLACE OFFLINE, IN RELATION TO THE SERVICES OR SITE. ICARE LIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY SORT, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCURRED AS THE RESULT OF ANY SUCH DEALINGS OR INTERACTIONS. ANY DISPUTE IN RELATION TO SUCH DEALINGS AND INTERACTIONS INVOLVING THE SERVICE PROVIDER, SERVICE SEEKER AND / OR USERS SHALL BE RESOLVED OUTSIDE THE SITE AND ICARE LIFE SHALL NOT BE INVOLVED IN ANY DISPUTES / DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS IN RELATION TO THE SERVICES OR SITE.
FURTHER, ICARE LIFE DOES NOT GUARANTEE (I) THE EMPLOYMENT / ENGAGEMENT OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDER USING THE SITE, AND (II) THAT THE SERVICE SEEKERS USING THE SITE WILL FIND SUITABLE SERVICE PROVIDERS.
Limitation of Liability
FIncidental Damages and Aggregate Liability. In no event will iCare Life be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Site or Services, including without limitation damages related to any information received from the Site or Services, removal of content from the Site, including profile information, any email distributed to any User or any linked web site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any termination of your subscription or ability to access the Site or Services, failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if iCare Life, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ICARE LIFE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IN ANY FORM OF ACTION WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE SITE, EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR ACCOUNT, OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ICARE LIFE FOR THE USE OF ANY SERVICES, THE AMOUNT OF SGD 25.00 (SINGAPORE DOLLARS TWENTY FIVE) OR ITS EQUIVALENT IN THE RELEVANT JURISDICTION.
No liability for non-iCare Life Actions. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ICARE LIFE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE, OR TRANSMITTED TO OR BY ANY USERS OR ANY OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER REGISTERED USERS OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE. THIS INCLUDES ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE CONDUCT OF USERS WHO HAVE REGISTERED UNDER FALSE PRETENSES OR WHO ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OR HARM YOU.
In addition to the preceding paragraphs of this section and other provisions of these Terms, any advice that may be posted on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace or substitute for any professional financial, medical, legal, or other advice. iCare Life makes no representations or warranties and expressly disclaims any and all liability concerning any Service by a Service Provider including the treatment, action by, or effect on any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Site or otherwise by such Service Provider. If you have specific concerns or a situation arises in which you require professional or medical advice, you should consult with an appropriately trained and qualified specialist.
Mutual rights of termination
You may terminate this Agreement, for any or no reason, at any time, with notice to iCare Life in the manner set out in Section 12.3. This notice will be effective upon iCare Life processing your notice. iCare Life may terminate this Agreement and your account for any reason or no reason, at any time, with or without notice. This cancellation shall be effective immediately or as may be specified in the notice, if any. For avoidance of doubt, only iCare Life or the party paying for the services may terminate your access to any Services. Termination of your iCare Life account includes disabling your access to iCare Life and may also bar you from any future use of iCare.
Misuse of the Services
iCare Life may restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any User who abuses or misuses the Services or causes any harm or disruption to the Site or Services. Misuse of the Services includes inviting other Users whom you do not know to connect; abusing the iCare Life message services; creating multiple or false profiles; using the Services commercially without iCare Life’s authorization, infringing any intellectual property rights, violating any of the Do’s and Don’ts listed in Section 13, or any other behavior that iCare Life, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to its purpose. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, iCare Life has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of Users who, in iCare Life’s sole discretion, are deemed to be repeat infringers under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, including (i) in the case of Singapore, the Singapore Copyright Act, and (ii) in the case of India, the (Indian) Copyright Act, 1957 and rules framed thereunder.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your iCare Life account, you lose access to the Services and the Site. The terms of this Agreement shall survive any termination, except SECTION 5 (“User Rights”), Sections 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 (“Our Rights and Obligations”), Section 7 (Disclaimer), Section 8 (Limitation of Liability), Section 9 (Indemnification), Section 10.3 (Effect of Termination) and Section 11 (Dispute Resolution).
Law and Forum for Legal Disputes
This Agreement or any claim, cause of action or dispute (“claim”) arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore regardless of your country of origin or where you access the Site, and notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. You and iCare Life agree that all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement must be resolved exclusively by a court located in Singapore, except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in the arbitration option paragraph below. You and iCare Life agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Singapore for the purpose of litigating all such claims and acknowledge that it is forum conveniens for all the parties. Notwithstanding the above, you agree that iCare Life shall still be allowed to apply for temporary injunctions / injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
This Section 11 is referred to in these Terms as the "Arbitration Agreement". Unless you opt-out in accordance with the opt-out procedures set forth below, you agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and iCare Life or an iCare Life Affiliate, whether relating to these Terms (including any alleged breach thereof), the Services, the Site, or otherwise, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than a court in accordance with the terms of this Arbitration Agreement, the arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator to be appointed by iCare Life or its Affiliates. The International Arbitration Act, Singapore governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement.
Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief
YOU AND ICARE LIFE AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND ICARE LIFE AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S OR PARTY'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS PROCEEDING. ALSO, THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ONLY IN FAVOR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE RELIEF NECESSITATED BY THAT PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM(S). ANY RELIEF AWARDED CANNOT AFFECT OTHER ICARE LIFE USERS.
Pre- Arbitration Dispute Resolution
iCare Life is always interested in resolving disputes amicably and efficiently. So before you commence arbitration, we suggest that you CONTACT us to explain your complaint, as we may be able to resolve it without the need for dispute resolution or arbitration. To commence an arbitration against iCare Life, you must complete a short form, submit it to the SIAC, and send a copy to iCare Life at , Attn: Legal Department, 3791 Jalan Bukit Merah, #10- 02 Ecentre@Redhill, Singapore 159471. For more information, see the SIAC's claim filing page, www.siac.org.sg/2013-09-18-01-57-20/2013-09-22-01-20-47/useful-links. You may represent yourself in the arbitration or be represented by an attorney or another representative. Once we receive your arbitration claim, we may assert any counterclaims we may have against you.
The arbitration shall be held in the country in which you reside or at another mutually agreed location. If the value of the relief sought is SGD 10,000 (or its equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction) or less you or iCare Life may elect to have the arbitration conducted by telephone or based solely on written submissions, which election shall be binding on you and the Site subject to the arbitrator's discretion to require an in-person hearing, if the circumstances warrant. Attendance at any in- person hearing may be made by telephone by you and/or iCare Life, unless the arbitrator requires otherwise.
The arbitrator will decide the substance of all claims in accordance with the laws of the Singapore, including recognized principles of equity, and will honour all claims of privilege recognized by law. The arbitrator shall not be bound by rulings in prior arbitrations involving different iCare Users, but is bound by rulings in prior arbitrations involving the same the Site User to the extent required by applicable law.
Costs of Arbitration
Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees (collectively, the "Arbitration Fees") will be governed by the SIAC's Rules, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement to Arbitrate (Section 11). If you demonstrate to the arbitrator that you are economically unable to pay your portion of the Arbitration Fees or if the arbitrator otherwise determines for any reason that you should not be required to pay your portion of the Arbitration Fees, iCare Life will pay your portion of such fees. In addition, if you demonstrate to the arbitrator that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, iCare Life will pay as much of the Arbitration Fees as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive. Each party will be responsible for all other fees it incurs in connection with the arbitration, including without limitation, all attorney fees. In the event the arbitrator determines the claim(s) you assert in the arbitration to be frivolous, you agree to reimburse iCare Life for all fees associated with the arbitration paid by iCare Life on your behalf that you otherwise would be obligated to pay under the SIAC's rules.
All aspects of the arbitration proceeding, and any ruling, decision or award by the arbitrator, will be strictly confidential for the benefit of all parties.
If a court decides that any term or provision of this Arbitration Agreement other than Section 11.2 is invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree to replace such term or provision with a term or provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of the invalid or unenforceable term or provision, and this Arbitration Agreement shall be enforceable as so modified. If a court decides that any of the provisions of Section 11.2 is invalid or unenforceable, then the entirety of this Arbitration Agreement shall be null and void. You can choose to reject this Arbitration Agreement by mailing us a written opt-out notice ("Opt-Out Notice") in accordance with the terms of this Section. For new iCare Life Users, the Opt-Out Notice must be postmarked no later than (thirty) 30 Days after the date you accept these Terms for the first. If you are already a current iCare Life User and previously accepted iCare Life Terms prior to the introduction of this Arbitration Agreement, the Opt-Out Notice must be postmarked no later than [July 14, 2015]. The Opt-Out Notice must state that you do not agree to the Arbitration Agreement and must include your name, address, phone number, and the email address(es) used to log in to the Site account(s) to which the opt-out applies. You must sign the Opt-Out Notice for it to be effective. Please note that this procedure is the only way you can opt out of the Arbitration Agreement. If you opt out of the Arbitration Agreement, all other terms of these Terms will continue to apply. Opting out of the Arbitration Agreement has no effect on any previous, other, or future arbitration agreements that you may have with us.
Future Changes to this Arbitration Agreement
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, the unenforceable provision will be modified so as to render it enforceable and effective to the maximum extent possible, in order to effect the intention of the provision; if a court or arbitrator finds the modified provision invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be affected in any way.

Any notices that you provide without compliance with this Section 12.3 shall have no legal effect.
Amendments to This Agreement
No informal waivers, agreements or representations
Our failure to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to that breach or subsequent similar or other breaches. Except as expressly and specifically contemplated by the Agreement, no representations, statements, consents, waivers or other acts or omissions by any iCare Life Affiliate shall be deemed legally binding on any iCare Life Affiliate, unless documented in a physical writing hand signed by a duly appointed officer of iCare Life.
No Injunctive Relief
In no event shall you seek or be entitled to rescission, injunctive or other equitable relief, or to enjoin or restrain the operation of the Services, exploitation of any advertising or other materials issued in connection therewith, or exploitation of the Services or any content or other material used or displayed through the Services.
Entities other than are not parties, but intended third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, with a right to enforce this Agreement directly against you.
Assignment and Delegation
You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Agreement. Any purported assignment and delegation shall be ineffective. We may freely assign or delegate all rights and obligations under the Agreement, fully or partially without notice to you. We may also substitute, by way of unilateral novation, effective upon notice to you, iCare Life for any third party that assumes our rights and obligations under this Agreement.

Complaints Regarding Content Posted on the Site
We built the Site to help you be a more successful professional, and to help professionals succeed. To achieving this purpose, we encourage our Users to share accurate information. We also respect the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, this Agreement requires that information posted by Users be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. To promote these objectives, iCare Life provides a process for submission of complaints concerning content posted by our Users.
