  • Price: 2 Plans Available: One-time $139 or $49/month in 3 instalments

  • Certificate of Completion: Issued within 3 days after passing the Final Test.

  • Eligibility: Anyone

Essential Skills for Eldercare

An advanced online program for caregivers with practical experience who want to upgrade their skills and get official certification for caregivers working in clinics, homes, or care centers without formal certification.

  • Benefits: Gain a Level 1 - iCare Competency Certificate, to improve job prospects and career growth.

  • Price: 2 Plans Available: One-time $169 or $59/month in 3 instalments

  • Level 1 – iCare Competency is issued after verification of practical and hands-on experience through the video interview process.

  • Eligibility: Must be at least a high school dropout, have some knowledge of English, and have prior practical and hands-on experience.

Eldercare Competency Course

How it works?

    1. After purchasing the course, you will receive a link via email. Click it to start or log in at www.icare.life, go to My Courses, click on View Program, and begin.

    2. Progress step by step; you cannot skip steps. After completing the course, you can take a mock test as many times as you like. A Pre-Test is available with an extra attempt if needed due to technical issues.

    3. Familiarize yourself with the proctoring process during the Pre-Test before taking the Final Test. Certification will be issued within three business days after the Final Test.

    4. We offer guidance and downloadable materials during your study period.

  • Learn to use our multilingual video player, which offers captioning and voiceover in your chosen language. Currently available languages include:

    • Germanic: German

    • Romance: French, Spanish, Italian

    • Slavic: Russian, Polish

     

    Access the multilingual player for a customized viewing experience.

  • Auto-proctoring is conducted in a controlled computer environment without a live proctor. Follow the specified process or risk test failure. If technical issues occur, a retake may be arranged upon request.

    1. Online iCare Certification:
      Online certification is available for:

      • Baby and Childcare

      • Essential Skills for Eldercare
        Fill out your credentials before the final exam. Certificates are issued within three business days of exam completion.
         

    2. Level 1 iCare Certification:
      Schedule a video interview and viva voce test with an iCare Master Trainer. Provide credentials, then receive a link for appointment booking. Practical hands-on training is required for certification. An absence or incomplete steps will prevent certification.
       

    3. Level 2 Certification by an Independent Certification Body:
      L2 certification details will be provided by the Independent Certification Body. L1 certification by iCare is a prerequisite. Guidance will be provided via email.
